I have been a TM for Lennox since 2007. I began my Lennox career in the Detroit warehouse and also was an ISR for the Detroit district.From a numbers standpoint, I exceeded sales plan in 6 out of 7 years as a TM during the height of the deep recession.My territory encompasses the city of Detroit and it's northern suburbs, an area of the country with one of the most highest unemployment rates and one of the highest population declines in the US. I have managed to grow my sales each year and exceeded $10 Million in 2013. Growing my territory in excess on $1 Million each year in 2010, 2011, 2012 & 2014.I was a Top Gun winner in 2009, 2010 & 2011 exceeding my sales, new business and Margin goals. 2011 I was awarded the Norheast L award 2012 I was awarded the North American L award.I had tremendous growth over the past 7 years, excepting the challenge of running a very large territory with very tough customers. I attack it each day with a positive attitude looking for opportunities to help my customers be successful. I have worked through tough situations with Credit and worked out compromises to help my dealers continue to grow with Lennox and also pay their bills.I coordinate successful training programs in the Detroit district that have help the dealers excel in selling high end and IAQ products. Also developed unique advertising programs that have helped my dealers grow.
