Friends of Cville Downtown is a group of stakeholders who care deeply about the future of Cville and work in partnership with one another and with City Government to craft strategies and implement projects that can stimulate Downtown social and economic vitality and make Cville an even better place for everyone.

Founding Director of East Coast Operations for a $20 million national nonprofit dedicated to the prevention and treatment of child abuse.Governor's Commendation for Service to VA,Northern Virginia Leadership AwardDepartment of Social Services Distinguished Service Award.Supervised build-out of 63 bed residential treatment facility for abused children in central Virginia; the launch of out-patient free clinic for abused children in northern VA; the launch of out-patient free clinic for abused children in NYC; the launch of abuse prevention training programs for adults and children.

Smithsonian Associates, Lectures, Seminars & Films Division.Brought to DC a rich array of scientists, scholars, artists, writers and celebrities from around the world and set records for attendance and revenue.

Secured landmark status for historic Lincoln Theatre on Washington DC's Black Broadway, U Street NW, and recruited a founding board of directors to launch the Performing Arts Center of the District of Columbia.

Management of performing artists, concert tours, record production, video production, marketing, promotion for jazz and pop artists, classical musicians, dancers and variety artists. Awards include an Emmy, and a Gold Records as producer of the #1 pop hit "Friends & Lovers."

Criminal Section of the Tax Division, prosecuting complex criminal cases in Federal courts across the country. Recognized with the Attorney General's Letter of Commendation.
