Assemble Golf Carts of various models Ensure proper wiring and hardware installed Perform quality inspection of golf carts. Install batteries including lithium ion batteries. Electrical check making sure all electronics work on the golf cart. Torque check all hardware on the golf cart Inspect paint and trim on golf cart marking imperfections.Clean inside of golf cart.

• Installs, inspects, tests, adjust and certify assemblies, subassemblies, cabling, parts and systems for compliance with specifications and quality assurance practices following blueprints, schematics and inspection manuals using hand tools and precision testing equipment.• Troubleshoots malfunctions and performs repairs by adjusting, calibrating, aligning or modifying circuitry and components using hand and power tools.• Sets up standard test apparatus and conducts operational tests to evaluate performance and reliability of prototype or production model.• Installs equipment field changes. Assembles and or modifies wires, insulation and connector components using hand and power tools. Installs assemblies and hardware into housing.• Worked on MRAP MATV and DASH PRO MAXX trucks and maintain a one truck a day quota

• Responsible for diagnosing, testing and repairing devices by following electrical repair procedures• Maintain electrical systems and equipment’s to ensure effective operation of system and services • Communicate with administration and staff for receiving and conveying information to resolve concerns and issues • Responsible for repairing mother boards and circuits • Upgrade, repair and evaluate various electronic equipment • Responsible for installing and maintaining electronic components • Assist senior electrical technicians in installing electrical systems and equipment’s • Worked on Greens, TRU-D, TPCS, UBT, MRAP Subassemblies, CHEMRING, LAV, Mhees, BAE Gates, GREENS, Cummins, TACOM systems, pressure switches, CESAS, and Rail Gun. Also worked in CCA soldering circuit card assemblies.

Perform routine production assembly operations on structural and mechanical and or electrical electronic wiring assemblies, subassemblies and aircraft systems, equipment and accessories using manual operations.Drill, edge, fill, fit and assemble a variety of detail parts, skins and assemblies.Perform delegated Production Accountability duties associated with the processing, verification, quality auditing and inspection of assemblies, parts and tooling.Maintain necessary documentation and records. Refer any unusual problems to supervision.Examine and inspect engine bays or other components for cracks, breaks, or leaks. Assemble and install mechanical, hydraulic, and structural components and accessories, using hand tools and power tools.
