Support 8 Manufacturing Supervisors and 120 Manufacturing Mechanics in Final Line production, business, and other processes in a team-based manufacturing environment.Liaison between program manager and customer. Able to maintain and release electrical and mechanical drawings, system designs or engineering documentation and data by applying company, governmental standards.Process and push TAGS with the engineering team. Random Audits 2x/week, 5S, Status and Safety Assessments.Daily FOD(Foreign Object Debris) Audits.Ensures compliance with requirements, standards and applicable regulatory authority and maintains the integrity of the product.Coordinates activities and products with internal partners and external suppliers.Performed activities with Program Manager and Management team in a variety of cross-functional jobs including production planning and control, total quality management systems, manufacturing and engineering team.Interact with internal and external customers (Boeing) with respect to engineering, production, planning, and process improvement.Work with supervisors and engineering teams in the section or group to maintain strict shipment schedules. 5-Step Corrective Action.NWT Meetings – Held 5S meetings for all Cost Centers regarding Quality Awareness, QMSR and AS9100 / Best Practices/Audit Finding, Cost Reduction. Coordinate/Schedule Meetings for specific issues/projects as the need arises.Coordination with Alcoa. Coordinate engineering drawings for every mechanic on the Final Line Production.Request part detail for production shortage/expedite parts for delivery.Implement cost savings and process improvement.Hold Lean Event/ Provide support to supervisor to come up with plan to lean areas/work station.Along with cost effective solutions.
