Supervisory Management Analyst, Enrollment Eligibility Division (EED)As Supervisory Management Analyst I am responsible for providing leadership and supervision to a unit consisting of Legal Administrative Specialists (Contact Representatives) and Administrative Support Clerks (PSC). Developing both long and short-range plans; for HEC by coordinating with clinical and administrative medical center staff; as it pertains to the 60 Day Pre-Termination Process, Care Givers, Fugitive Felon Program (FFP), CHAMPVA and Camp Lejeune. The major duties of this position include:• Plans, develops, and conducts internal review studies of related Enrollment Eligibility Division functions in order to assess program compliance and to propose significant changes in work practices.• Develops, analyzes, evaluates, and makes recommendations and/or decisions regarding work methods, organizational structure or procedures that promote efficiency.• Conducts audits of enrollment program procedures to identify methods of increasing the efficiency of the program.• Mastery of working with stakeholders to ensure the implementation of regulations are consistent with statutory intent
