Handling Delivery Drivers (Dasher) in the platform Doordash. Handling concerns like customer unavailable, incorrect address, app issues/ basic troubleshooting, sign up process, sign up inquiry, missing pay, setting up an account, lost card/replacement and etc.,

I've worked in three different accounts in the company. First, I've worked in retail account which is Yankee Candle and Wood Wick Candles. Handling order placement, order replacement, refund, and customized orders. Second was in Car Ride Sharing App which is Turo. Handling customers who booked a car to rent to. Concerns are; car owner didn't show up, replacing booked cars, sign up process, account verification, and booking process for renting a vehicle. Lastly, I was transferred to a new line of business which is food and beverages campaign under Betty Crocker, Pillsbury, Nature Valley and etc., handling order replacement, free coupons, discount coupons, complaints about damaged items, inquiries about if the food is still okay to eat, and providing information that is within the product specially allergens.

Handling customers concern on tracking/ tracing the status of their parcel/package, creating a report about complaints of customer regarding a delivery personnel issue, missing packages, redelivery and etc.

Cold calling prospect customer and offers our product that is auto warrant/extended warranty. If the customer wanted to purchase or take advantage of the offered product we will ask the year, make, and model of the vehicle and the approximate mileage to see if it qualifies to the offer then, we will inform them that we will transfer them to our closers. They are the people who provide all the information and details regarding the product and to proceed with the payment process.
