With proper cross training and honing in on individuals skill set, we were capable of maintaining consistent output levels with a reduced workforce and increased quality.Sales forecast in excess of 75% necessitated rapid increase in production. Responsibilities included training service technicians, work scheduling, establishing terms and conditions of service contracts, establishing service rates and negotiating service contracts with Users.Restructured basic methods and procedures; parts inventory, work assignments, quote processing, etc. Result was an improved service order turnaround time from an average of 7 days to less than 2 days per order.Partnered with Sales Management to restructure Service Rep Sales Commission schedule, resulting in an increase of both unit and Service Agreement orders in excess of $125,000 K over a 12 month period.
