Managing customer facing technical pre sales team interactions with customers ranging in size from a single Hotel up to Enterprise Hospitality companies with more than 5000 properties. Also serve as the Voice of the Customer internally for key Enterprise customers who have large engagements underway currently. The software portfolio for Sales Engineering includes 4 major products in the CRM space, several supporting products as well as any large custom engagements. Key Accomplishments:• Successfully completed Enterprise sale of Delphi.fdc with large Enterprise customer with a total value of over $50 Million in coordination with Sales team. This project will span multiple years and includes more than 4 major integrations to other Enterprise systems. • Elevated one of the Sales Engineers on my team to a larger role in Enterprise Sales. This team member was incredibly talented but was being underused. Now this person has renewed vigor and will add far more value to the customers and company.• Completed Technical SOW for custom Web Portal project which required alignment of several internal teams at Amadeus. Project was completed on time and solved a large business problem for an Enterprise customer. • Streamlined Sales Engineering processes and goals in order to focus more on software demonstrations which show business value as opposed to simply showing software features. 2017 Amadeus Hospitality Worldwide Sales increased by over 10% and Sales Engineering was a big part of this success. • Led technical discussions periodically with Salesforce in order to establish a clearer understanding of licensing terms and technical requirements and standards. This led to 25% higher margins on licensing while also providing more value to customers.

Managed Project Team for rollout of Kimpton's new Guest Experience platform built on Salesforce. We worked with 12 unique data integrations, and over 100 endpoints, working together to combine data from customer interactions with Kimpton Hotels and Restaurants all with the goal of driving brand loyalty through behavior analytics granting unique rewards. This platform supports the 1.8 million Karma members for Kimpton and provides access to our rewards program and guest history for our 500 internal users who use the tool to optimize our guest's experience. This project was highlighted at Salesforce's 2014 Dreamforce convention in San Francisco. The project went live on time and budget and continues to rock for our members!
