As a Project Manager at Carpio Masonry LLC, I oversee the execution of various masonry projects, from planning and estimation to completion and delivery. I work with clients, contractors, engineers, and architects to ensure the quality, safety, and material procurement of each project. I also manage the contract administration, RFI, change orders, and submittals processes.I have a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) in Construction Management from University of Central Missouri, where I gained the technical and managerial skills to succeed in the construction industry. I also hold the Associate Constructor certification from the American Institute of Constructors and the OSHA 10 certification. I am passionate about value engineering, public speaking, and continuous learning. My goal is to deliver exceptional results and exceed expectations.
