Director/Sr. Manager, Program Management, SSUSA, Gainesville, TX 2012-2021Direct and monitor all aspects of Program development and production for Boeing, Airbus and Embraer OEM programs from launch to customer delivery. • Direct up to 16 Program Managers in the execution of Boeing, Airbus and Embraer platform programs with an estimated annual value of nearly $250M per year. • Represent SSUS VP of Programs and CEO in the daily communication and operation of assigned programs.• Provide interface, guidance and direction to engineering and operations leaders in the successful delivery of up to 50 new development programs annually with a combined NRC budget over $60M, completing these programs on average 27% under budget.• Track, manage and report Key Performance Indicators to both SSUS and OEM Senior Leadership.• Led the successful implementation of Integrated Program Teams, improving program performance leading to nearly 3 years of on-time delivery to both Boeing and Airbus Final Assembly Lines.• Key Driver to improve Tools & Process to standardize Program schedules, checklist and monitoring to ensure Programs deliver on-time and on-budget.
