Current• Maintain and support multiple customer large enterprise business environments.• Design, implement and maintain network systems and server farms including Wireless and LAN networks.• Perform 24 hour support for clients.• Specialized in Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity. • Remote management and remote employee work with high availability support.• Project management and project analysis from design to completion.• Maintain systems and hardware to meet all FAA regulations and test for certification with aircraft.• Ensure HIPAA laws, Sarbanes-Oxley Act and FAA regulations are complied with and provide representation to government requests.• Consult and lead other internal company IT teams to coordinate major project processes and implementations using Agile Methodologies.• Modernize and refresh business server and network environments with continuous high availability schedules.• High priority of budget and time to exceed expectations of clients.• Work with existing technology departments to maintain, upgrade and advise operations for best efficiency and match all client needs.• Develop business case justifications and cost-benefit analyses for IT spending and initiatives.• Develop and implement all IT policies and procedures, including those for architecture, security, disaster recovery, standards, and purchasing.• Design and build various physical and virtual servers within Microsoft and VMware.
