Utilizing Revit 3D to support, modify, and optimize multi discipline design project related needs for our client’s Semiconductor microchip fabrication Plant/Foundry, which is a factory where devices such integrated circuit board and microchip are manufactured. These semiconductor fabrication plants are found in the microelectronics industry. Developed Strategic Partnerships with Hi-CAD, and ARMS. Developed MSA’s with TransOcean, Cam-eron, Team Industrial Services, McGuffy Engineering, JW Williams, TW Welding & Fabrication and HMT Tank Services. Coordinated the effort & set-up of PDMS, CADWorx, and Laser scan technology. Completed and issued Piping Plans, sections, Fab Isos, Mechanical drawings, and Inspection drawings. Developed detailed Piping and Equipment Layouts in PDMS & CADWorx created and designed various process areas. Extracting / issuing Isos, & marking up errors. Utilizing LFM Viewer Lite Laser scans to superimpose the scans into the PDMS piping model.

Mistras May 2009- May 2010 PDS Coordinator/Administrator Loaded two projects and setup Isogen, PDS server setup, Project setup and creation. MISTRAS is now working on its first PDS “Work Share project”. Responsibilities: Lead & delegated work to our design team. Conducted various Design Reviews with Clients and implementing client comments. Implemented custom API attributes in PDS Model & extracted systemized Isos, including the link- up between PDS & PCMS lifecycle software that monitors the entire lifecycle of piping & equipment. Developed Piping and Equipment Lay-outs in PDS created and designed various Process areas, which include the optimization of existing Crude Unit RE-VAMP & New Vacuum Unit detail piping layout. Troubleshooting problematic Isos for extraction, picking up & marking up errors. I utilized LFM Viewer Lite to superimpose laser Scans into the PDS piping model & utilizing SmartPlant 6.1. Made field trips to El Dorado, Arkansas, performed P&ID as-builts & located TIE-IN’s. Conducted various site surveys managing Laser scan and Dimensional Control Survey’s (DCS).
