• Revolutionized baseline image and procedures via building WDS server, Win PE, Symantec Ghost and VMWARE. IAVA compliant image is updated monthly and deployed to workstations via PXE booting.
• Ensure IAVA compliance on over 8,000 DOD workstations and servers through patching with Retina Eye Security, LANGUARD and SCCM servers.
• Light scripting for application deployment and patching via Power Shell and VBS.
• Created, designed and taught information management classes to provide instruction for over 250 Information Management Officers with continuing training on a bimonthly basis.
• Lead Mosul systems administration team in the migration from Exchange 2003 to 2007.
