Global Data Center Infrastucture Service Manager. Responsible for services including Server, Storage, Data Base Services, Network, Security, and Personnal Computing areas. I am the key focal point for the Global Data Center IT service delivery. Liaison between the various IT groups and clients for Service Availability and Performance. I am accountable for the delivery and management of incident, problem, and change management for the support of our Global Data Center infrastructure. Specific tasks and deliverables include:Service Level Management Tasks: Ensure SLA's are defined and are being met. Continuous improvement and review of the Service Level Agreements Management of Scheduled DowntimeProblem Management: Ensure proper ownership of Problems imapcting services hosted in 3M's Global Data Center, and that Problems are being addressed approprately and timely.
