Responsible for implementation of Global Logistics Strategic Goals, world class operational execution and implementation of standard logistics processes within the Western Hemisphere. Sourced and implemented TMS for Sulzer South Carolina pump manufacturing plant and introduced routing guides for road movements in additional locations throughout North America and Europe. Consolidated Logistics supplier base by over 20% in first year at Sulzer. Introduced several savings, visibility and optimization tools to strategic Sulzer locations in the U.S. and Europe.
