MRY is a Social Media Marketing Agency in NYC. I was on the IT team as a Sr. IT Engineer. I was responsible for the company's IT infrastructure. I would manage the Windows AD/Exchange servers, backups of company data, VPN server, and also the network switches and wireless network. The company utilized layer 3 switches and I would configure routes between different subnets and VLANs.I would write scripts to automate a lot of tasks. For example, I wrote Powershell scripts to automate handing of user information when they left the company. I also wrote scripts to handle ODBC database connections and updating files and end user PC configurations across the network.There was also a team of two individuals who were in IT desktop support who I would assist if they needed to escalate issues.
