- Develop surgical implantables to repair female sexual health conditions per customer needs and lifetime performance requirements- Manage product development lifecycle internally and with manufacturing vendors via technical documentation and adherence to quality standards.- Manage vendor relationships and coordinate vendor quality objective schedules and documentation- Conduct design of experiments (DOE) to inform design and manufacturing metrics for products- Conduct clinical surveys of physicians and analyze the qualitative feedback for device requirements input - Author and execute protocols for product design verification, validation, and test method validation (TMV) using statistical methods of product performance testing, and report on findings- Manage project schedules and the timely execution of critical path deliverables

- Investigate and measure in-vivo use conditions of medical devices through virtual reconstructions and analyses of medical images. These investigations provide boundary conditions that drive device design, test methods, simulation modeling and high profile marketing strategies including those for the Viva/Brava/Evera line of ICD’s- Write software algorithms in C++ based language to optimize and automate custom use-conditions interrogations of in-vivo data- Compose technical reports and present data analysis and model development methods and findings to large and small groups including those at the Medtronic Science and Technology Conference- Use computer aided design to construct clinically relevant custom bench models for device testing, implant procedural development, and physician training. At the time the most prolific designer of custom modifications to real anatomical geometries for modeling purposes at Medtronic- Serve as Medtronic’s primary liaison to outside companies to build custom anatomical implant simulation models. Act as the lead marketing strategist for the models’ uses throughout Medtronic- Acted as the sole designer of cardiac vein phantom models used to test and verify the performance of the CardioGuide implant assistance software. Similarly served as the designer of the cardiac venous models used to demonstrate the effectiveness of the LV Active-Fix lead design for its CE Mark in Europe- Selected to present Medtronic’s diverse anatomical modeling capabilities at the Real Time Innovation session at the 2012 Medtronic Science & Technology conference
