I have been working within the investment industry for almost 14 years, with the majority of my career spent in roles supporting and enabling effective sales teams. I'm adept in strategic planning, operations management, and enhancing channel performance through business initiatives and strong partner relationship management. I have proven success leading cross-functional projects, market research, and analyzing data to deliver compelling senior management presentations, leading to informed strategic decisions, increased efficiency, and growth of the organization.Currently, I am a Senior Strategist, where I am responsible for the development and execution of Vanguard's sales strategy to engage and support insurance companies with Vanguard's fund products. I set strategic priorities and execute on operational evolution to achieve efficiencies that enable long-term sales growth, well aligned client partnerships, and increased profit margins. I regularly work with industry partners to enact initiatives that enhance the organization's ability to distribute effectively, and I actively engage with insurance regulators to advocate for regulatory reform that benefits the insurance community. Outside work I am an avid traveler who loves to experience new cultures and takes great pride in the ability to masterfully plan my complex international trips. With my daily free time, I enjoy trying to play the piano, exploring new restaurants, documentaries, and cooking.
