The Department of Justice's CS and CS contract covers services at outer metropolitan courts, all major regional courts and custodial transport throughout Western Australia. I supervised the operations of the iProcurement section ensuring the achievement of deliverables in accordance with the Supply Directorate’s Operational Plan. Specifically, I monitor staff resource needs including resource planning and workload management as an enabler to the successful delivery of performance and services in accordance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs). I also manage customer relationships, including assisting in issue resolution, and monitoring compliance and validation activities.
