With over 18 years of work experience in the tire and manufacturing industries, I am the president of Iridium CNC and Pneus en Feu Express, leading companies that provide services and products to customers across Quebec and Canada. I oversee the strategic direction, operations, and financial performance of the company, as well as the development and execution of innovative programs and initiatives that enhance customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention. I work closely with the vice presidents and programme directors of different departments and functions, such as sales, marketing, human resources, finance, and logistics, to ensure alignment, collaboration, and efficiency. I also leverage my domain expertise and extensive network to identify and pursue new opportunities, partnerships, and markets for the company, as well as to advocate for the interests and needs of the manufacturing and tore industries. I am passionate about delivering high-quality service and value to our customers, employees, and stakeholders, as well as contributing to the social and environmental sustainability of our communities. I am also the president and board member of Centre Éducatif et d'Éveil la Petite École, a non-profit organization that offers educational and recreational programs and services to children and families in the region. I am proud to be part of this organization that supports the development and well-being of the next generation.
