We support and promote the continued growth, development and holistic learning of our community through the many powerful means of the arts. The Centro provides a positive space for people to activate what we all share as human beings: the capacity to create, to imagine and to express ourselves in an effort to improve the quality of life for our community.

Elusive Minds Productions a production company from the North East San Fernando Valley began as a collaborative effort between two friends as a means to create intelligent, thought provoking, story and character driven films. Elusive Minds has evolved to a collective of individuals passionate about film and media.

Youth Speak Media Solutions is a youth led social enterprise that takes young people from the Northeast San Fernando Valley and pairs them with working professionals to produce high quality videos and photos for businesses and non-profit organizations. Join the conversation.

Youth Speak Collective (YSC), a 501 (c)(3) non-profit organization, is a youth-driven initiative empowering low-income communities in the Northeast San Fernando Valley with the skills necessary to pursue higher education and create strong communities. The Digital Arts program teaches Digital Filmmaking and Photography to youth in surrounding High Schools. Students who demonstrate a desire to develop their passion for filmmaking and photography have the opportunity to transition into Youth Speak Media Solutions, a social venture under the umbrella of YSC.
