As part of the IT M&A team I assisted Private Equity buyers in identifying risks to potential transactions related to cybersecurity, infrastructure, compliance, or business operations. This included technical architecture concerns, ineffective tooling, immature governance, or compliance issues. Furthermore, I worked with Private Equity firms in developing strategies to re-align the organization to an investment thesis or prepare for an exit.

As part of the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure team I aided enterprise clients in infrastructure transformations (e.g., cloud migrations, end user computing deployments, disaster recovery planning) and cybersecurity assessments (e.g., NIST CSF, policy and procedure development, target operating model creation).

As an intern I led the update of credit metrics for the Bank’s $200 million loan portfolio to assist the Bank with the management of its credit risk via the Credit Stress Analysis program. As part of the project I audited over 400 loans for accurate debt service coverage ratios, loan-to-value ratios, FICO scores, MSA codes, and NAICS categories.
