Working directly for the PM, I’m responsible for EVMS cadence and DCMA 14 point compliance as follows: Support/lead development and maintenance of program Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) using MS Project (desktop and server environments).• Detail plan and maintain the IMS throughout the program’s lifecycle, incorporate contractual and programmatic changes into the IMS to maintain realistic, current contract schedule baselines.• Ensure the IMS is compliant with government customer requirements throughout all program phases and is resource loaded for applicable scope with target budgets through cost and schedule integration.• Conduct detailed analysis, including Schedule Risk Analysis (SRA) of the IMS and supporting documents to ensure quality, completeness andcompliance is maintained per the EVMS cadence.
