Obtained variances from WorkSafe BC Regulatory Practices for torch cutting operations for Canadian operations. Amalgamated various US and Canadian policies such as incident investigation, contractor safety, mobile equipment, lockout tagout, etc. Established fire prevention and response plans for locations of responsibility, due to emerging industry trends and technology. Overhauled internal auditing system, aligning with various policies and programs, while providing operations with a guideline of key aspects for ensured success. Obtained and/or maintained Certificate of Recognition (COR) for both Alberta and BC, obtaining rebate since 2016 which was the first time in the company's history. Identified areas of problematic PPE spend, established controls, and standardized PPE through the development of PPE catalogue in conjunction with procurement. Facilitated project "operational excellence" for region which included capital projects aimed to improve employee facilities, pedestrian and mobile equipment interactions, and workplace safety for Washington, Oregon, Montana, and Canada. Led various summits, workshops, and site specific action plan initiatives, setting example and was later implemented and measure in the Company scorecard.

Development and deployment of Health & Safety Management System and associated programs ensuring consistent application and implementation while complying with regulatory requirements, applicable standards, COR requirements and best practices. Conduct internal maintenance audits for COR in various provinces. Manage contractor pre-qualification programs including; PICS, ISNet, CQN and Complyworks. Respond to bid packages and other customer specific qualification processes, aiding in further business growth while directly impacting the bottom line.
