• Manage Security Services - Security Operations Center
• Perform security incident investigations, determine the cause of the security incident and preserve evidence for potential legal action
• Make recommendations on incident classification, prioritization, containment, eradication and recovery in order to implement appropriate corrective action
• Design, develop and create correlation rules within the Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) platform
• Provide Tier III support to customers and respond and resolve Level III incidents within the agreed SLA
• Provide guidance and insight, as well as follow directives as necessary to complete accelerated deployment of the SIEM, IPS/IDS, firewall and other security infrastructures

• Security Devices/Applications patch management.
• Administer various Security Devices but not limited to Firewalls, Web and SMTP security gateway, Endpoint Security, IPS, Patch Management.
• Conduct POC evaluation for future/advance technologies the Company needs.
• Roll-out/Install new Systems to Foreign Branches. Includes upgrade of existing System/Security Devices
• Troubleshoot Network and Security related problems not limited to Firewalls, IPS, Web Proxies, Endpoint security, Anti-spam.
• Remediate audit findings base and risk assessment reports.
