We purchase for them in China and Southeast Asia while our colleagues promote marketing and selling in USA at the same time. I need dialogue and negotiate with them more often all the time. Handling everything including hunting for suitable factories, investigating and auditing the new factories, placing orders to factories, coordinating our partner factories how to match our sales planning, how to ship our goods out of China on time without any quality issue and how to do custom-declaring in China and custom-clearance in USA and how to release our goods of payments, B/L and so on. Sometimes we need deal with the end customers' complaints once demanded.Fluently in oral English, Japanese and Mandarin. Good command of English, Chinese and Japanese. English TEM-8 Level, Japanese Level 2, Mandarine A Level. Attending a lot of international fairs or shows in my career. Often visiting different Chinese factories and suppliers in the past 15 years.
