While being a supervisor at AMC, I was an engagement supervisor, which meant that I was responsible in helping to improve the morale of the film crew, and inventing new ways to keep the employees motivated on their jobs. I also had a leadership role during business hours, making sure the film crew were doing their jobs, as well as assisting guests as needed.
