As the Software Group Finance & Planning Consolidation Lead for UKI, I report directly to the CFO of the Software Group business to consolidate financial results and plan budgets for a $1bn per annum business.As the Plan Lead for SWG UKI, I am responsible for coordinating the SWG budget from a financial perspective. Twice a year I will lead Software Group operational leaders through the budget process, deploying budget numbers to the various units of the business. Another key aspect of the plan is the deployment of sales quotas to the sales teams. I work closely with the operations teams to provide assistance in the quota deployment process whereby the teams will split the budget down into the various dimensions through which the Software Group business operates, and ensure that each sales person has a target locked in the system.The other key part of my role is the Consolidation Lead, the role of which is to support the CFO in providing a complete financial view of the SWG business.
