I have 33 years of experience in the wastewater industry; 28 years with HRSD and 5 years spent with Henrico County near Richmond. I have numerous certificates in the area of leadership development and supervision. I recently completed a 26 week program with Villanova and received a Master's Certificate in Human Resource Management. I have worked at all levels of the industry from an Operator Asst to currently being the Plant Manager of two HRSD facilities. I work very closely with HR and have been pursuing courses to perhaps transition into this area full-time. I will have an Associates Degree in Human Resources in December of 2020 from Bryant & Stratton College. I have taken numerous emotional intelligence training classes, including a personal assessment through Six Seconds and Blue EQ.
