Profile bio

About Michael Charette

I have been in the machining industry since I was 18 years old. I have always been fortunate to be able to pursue work I enjoy; and challenge myself. Having had Journeymen to work under that both supported me and pushed me to learn has served me well. At 42 years of age I believe I have gained a wide range of experience with many years left to work and learn. Being exposed to other trades has broadened my experience and pushed me to pass on my knowledge and skills to younger apprentices.
