I would like to join a company which has staying power and would like to not travel anymore. My job right now consist of traveling 90 percent of the year. I am looking for a position which will challenge me in the culinary arts and also keep me grounded.I have 16 years experience as a chef and 6 years as a director of operations,have worked for different styles of cuisines. Mainly Italian and Asian foods. 9 years an an Executive Chef. I have been the Director of Fuji Foods for the past 5 and a half years, and I am currently still there. I have many years experience in budget planning, menu costing, menu development, operations development, recipe costing, scheduling and operating store openings, plant production development, knowledge in food science, research and development.My work ethic is that I give 150 percent in everything I do.
