1) Lead associate engineers in test system set up, develop & implement test system maintenance schedule, equipment calibration schedule.2) Implement strategic plans to ensure test system stability & process control via SPC, ISO standards, EHS standards.3) Sound understanding on instrument MU analysis in accordance to stringent calibration requirements eg. ISO17025.4) Initiate, lead and implement test development planning and execution in daily operation as well as NPI.5) Write and implement test codes to cause test process optimization, test cycle time reduction, product yield and quality improvement.6) Responsible for providing test characterization support, manages test specification, test documentation and test characterization data during NPI phase.7) Support Departmental Initiatives, BFT and comply with ISO and safety standards.

1. Develop and customize new grinding processes / materials (abrasives, dressers, coolants) / products (aluminium substrate) to improve current KQC (Key Quality Characteristics) and meet / exceed customer specifications.2. Work closely with operation, process and NPI teams to transfer qualified processes /materials from R&D to NPI and mass production within required time frame.3. Mainly conduct intensive data research using Minitab, Excel etc. to analyze and evaluate data in a precise manner.
