I enjoyed taking on these responsibilities and managed a rotating shift of 22 total staff.Key Achievements• Created Automated Route Card process, reducing near miss safety incidents from product transfers to zero within 3 months. Currently maintained for 2 years.• Developed new shift patterns for staff to incorporate changing site processes and work management requirements.• Developed MS Powerapps app to manage all site planned maintenance, visits and inductions. Including automated email approvals and confirmations, embedded directly into teams as well as a mobile application.• Operations liaison for new Biofuel pipeline modifications project, designing new pipeline routes and assessing for safety implications, both process and technical. Updating design drawings accordingly to account for planned modifications.• Site lead for additive chemical storage, stock accounts, and import duty tracking.• Operations lead for site control systems, including SCADA control, TAS site movements and Accounts, and SAP accounting.
