Supply Chain Analyst
Current-Data Management • Responsible for collecting, organizing, and maintaining supply chain-related data, ensuring data accuracy and completeness. • Utilize Oracle and other systems to manage and track orders, inventory, and logistics, ensuring timely updates. • Establish and maintain databases, improving data transparency and accessibility.-Data Analysis and Reporting • Conduct key supply chain data analyses, such as demand forecasting, inventory turnover, and supplier performance. • Prepare reports to provide management with data-driven insights and improvement suggestions. • Use tools like Excel, Visio, and Power BI to create visual data reports, simplifying complex data and trends.-Supply Chain Process Improvement • Identify process bottlenecks and propose data-backed solutions to improve efficiency. • Collaborate with departments (procurement, logistics, manufacturing) to implement process improvements and reduce costs. • Monitor ongoing supply chain operations to ensure continuous improvements in flexibility and responsiveness.-Project Management • Plan, execute, and monitor supply chain projects, ensuring they meet goals within budget and timelines. • Coordinate cross-functional teams to maintain project progress and resolve challenges. • Apply risk management strategies to improve project success rates.
