In charge of program management division in GUC HQ. - Lead Europe, China, Taiwan and Korea PM departments to handle ASIC project engagement at pre-sale stage and project management & delivery at post-sale. - Leading program management team for world-class AI & Bitcoins ASIC projects by TSMC 7nm technology. - Developing domain solution team for High performance computing, Bitcoin and SSD segment.

- In charge of tech activities at Mainland Europe and Israel region. - Won 7 important ASIC projects in 3 years, including two 7nm projects, three 16nm projects and two 28nm projects.

Lead ASIC chip implementation team in Taipei- Lead 25 members to complete more than 50 ASIC projects in 8 years, including FE, DFT and physical design. - In charge of program management team for Europe and Taiwan.- Leads corporate-level project with more than 80 people.

Developed 36port 10G switch chip for Cisco @ TSMC 90nm process- In charge of full-chip clock mesh (1.6GHz) and power network design and simulation.- Developed library, register file, memory circuit design- Support physical design (P&R) for blocks

Developed Ultra Sparc III CPU- In charge of clock mesh development. (up to 2GHz)- Support IR/Noise/technology analysis and methodology development.
