Customer Service Team Lead
Current- Lead and motivate the Europe, Asia Pacific, Middle East, and Latin America Customer Order Management teams.- Lead and support Partner setup program.- Lead and manage RMA team in Customer Service team to provide excellent customer service and support while follow company policies. - Develop relationships to help drive customer service (Order Management) to increasingly higher levels (both externally and internally) as measured by customer satisfaction surveys- Help design, document and implement processes and efficiencies to scale the business for significant future growth- Offer support and mentoring to team members- Provide excellent customer service to our customers and sales representatives via email and telephone- Communicate with stakeholders in a timely and professional manner
