Under the guidance of the Company's global human resources strategy and the annual plan of the human resources center, lead in building a global marketing human resources system and leading operations, and supports the achievement of global brand leadership and market layout. Job Responsibilities:1. System: Build an overseas marketing human resources management system to ensure the systematic, standardized and compliant management of overseas marketing personnel;2. Operation: Under the guidance of operational dimensions such as human efficiency, talent, personnel and people-oriented, ensure that overseas marketers can work efficiently and achieve results, including but not limited to recruitment, training, performance and employee relations, etc.; 3. Team: Establish a global marketing HRBP team, manage and develop the global control capability of HRBP in multiple countries.

1. Design and implement organizational performance management scheme and KPIs of various department ;2. Design the sales team compensation system and make comparative analysis with compensation data from the external resources;3. Design and implement the company’s staff qualification and grading system;4. Build the global Human Resouces Management scheme in other countries outside China and solve relevant employment compliance problems;5. Establish the Human Resources Management rules and regulations in HQ and coordinate with various responsible person to get the job done;6. Recruit key staff for different departments;7. Lead the staff’s management during the probation period；8. Manage the ESOP (Employee Stock Options Program) of the Company.
