Responsibilities:• Be responsible for the introduction and review of new international projects covering various aspects such as tools, inj molding, CNC, polishing, painting, and assembly.• Lead the team to handle DFM, PFMEA, NUDD, and quotation process reviews to improve the finished product rate and successfully introduce and stabilize production.• Participate in mold DFM, PFMEA, NUDD, PPAP, CPK, and DOE reviews at the NPI stage. Conduct process audits and evaluations on the reasonable stability of process parameters for inj molding machines, products, and molds.• Carry out scientific inj testing and data recording to provide customers with data reports and solutions. Use data analysis and verification of process parameters to analyze molded parts and solve root causes of problems.• Train technical personnel/engineers to use scientific molding processes to test the stability of each inj tool, product, and inj molding machine. Confirm the stability and rationality of process parameters and ensure part quality through all relevant tests.• Be responsible for the practical and theoretical knowledge training of audit engineers and technicians.• Synchronously be responsible for new high-temperature materials including GF/CF/TD/Flame retardant/hydrolysis resistance, and UV resistance. Participate in customer review and product testing and related requirements for new projects. Provide relevant technical support to customers if the sample material of the tested product is okay after delivery and the company continues to follow up the test.Performance:Led the NPI team to overcome numerous international difficult projects involving processes such as stamping, CNC, die casting, tooling, injection molding, polishing, anodizing, painting, and assembly. Successfully brought the projects to mass production (MP), creating up to 300 million yuan (RMB) in revenue for the company. Highly recognized by the company's senior management and customers.

The company mainly provides corresponding open mobile phone module, mobile phone, and mobile phone lens shell processing. I am responsible for the injection molding workshop, mold workshop, and packaging workshop. I track production schedules, conduct comprehensive training and production process control for personnel management, provide technical support and staff assessment, and effectively manage the production site. I also handle specific equipment and mold maintenance and repair implementation, perfect rules and safety operation guidance, and manage and guide technical personnel. I communicate with guests about abnormal quality and develop new customer resources. And mainly responsible for production arrangement and employee safety training in dust-free and molding workshops. I track production schedules, control production processes, provide comprehensive training and technical support for personnel management, arrange staff work, and effectively manage production sites. I also take charge of specific equipment and mold maintenance and implementation, perfect rules and safety operation guidance, and manage production data. Additionally, I manage and guide injection molding processes, technologies, and personnel.
