I am currently employed at Tamar Chiropractic and Allied Health as an Exercise Physiologist where I have been consulting with clients on a one to one basis for the last year while completing my degree and have continued to do after its completion. I'm also employed at Care Assess as an Exercise Physiologist. The role focuses on re-ablement of clients in their own home to allow them to live independently. My previous experience includes four years as a Strength and Conditioning Coach with AFL Tasmania and also working at the University of Tasmania Exercise Clinic as a volunteer assisting clients with their pulmonary and cardiac exercise programs. I am married and have two young children and enjoy being a father and love spending time with my wife and children participating in outdoor activity. Over the years I have participated in a wide range of sports including; cycling, athletics, football and cricket. I feel that participation in physical activity is one of the key aspects of a healthy lifestyle. My approach to life and my clients is to encompass physical activity and diet with a belief in an individualised holistic approach with other health professionals to assist in the maintenance of a healthy lifestyle.
