I am one of the inventors on the patent for a applicator with extendable Implement. [US8408218 B2]

I would do varying tasks depending on what was need from week to week. Below is a list of my many assignments:- Take designer's 2D drawings and create 3D models using Solidworks, which would then be sent to prototyping service that would grow SLA models for review.- Communicate with Chinese counterparts to create solutions for mechanics of a product to achieve the desired function(s).- Reviewed plastic shots to make sure they matched drawings [aesthetics, rib & boss placement(s), ejectors, gate(s), slide(s) & check critical dimension with calipers.]- Create assembly line layouts for factory. Sometimes suggesting modifications to parts to increase efficiency of line.- Once Pre-Production was run for a product I would being Safety Testing to assure that product met or exceeded safety standards (ASTM, EN & ISO).- Created mock-ups in shop to prove out mechanical designs.- Trouble shooting on prototypes for shows & sales meetings.

I supervised a sort aisle of +20 workers.
