Michael Cheung, a Professional Engineer and PMP, currently serves as the Chief Product Officer at TekVision Technologies Inc. He has been working in the IT industry for over 25 years in leading management and technical positions responsible for software application development as well as product development.Michael holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Queen’s University and a Master’s of Engineering from the University of Toronto. His areas of expertise include contact centre technologies, building IVR and CTI test automation products, and formulating services using such products and technologies.His most notable achievement is his instrumental role in successfully transitioning TekVision from a service-oriented company to a product company.
