- Assigning of Hs codes to raw materials, finishedgoods and spare parts machineries used forproduction (Air and Sea)- Opening of Form M's for importmaterials and opening of NXP for Export- Processing of all Pre-arrival documents neededfor Import and Export such as NXP, Form M, PAARetc.- Preparation of PFI for all export materials- Interaction with Suppliers to ensure strictcompliance to all Laws that guides InternationalTrade- Relate with Logistics service providers to ensureprompt customs clearance of all Air and Seashipments and ensure timely delivery to the factory(2-3 days after vessel arrival)-Coordination and negotiation with Shippingcompanies within Nigeria to ensure prompt releaseof all import shipments and reduced freightcharges for all Exports.

•Assist the accounting manager with statistical analysis and other special projects.• Assist accounts payable in Inspecting shipping and logistics invoices to ensure cost were accurately stated and agree with underlined prices• Provide support for annual budgeting process.• Work on withholding tax credit notes to ensure accurate remittance.• Present data-driven recommendations to the finance team.• Organize and ensure necessary documents such as Form M, commercial invoices, tax assessment and payment evidence were readily available for the purpose of claiming capital allowance.• Partake in the routine quarterly stock count to ensure the amount of physical raw materials agreed with stated system values• Provide general accounting support.
