Over the past 44 years, I have owned numerous businesses, including 12 Domino's franchises.I bring a deep understanding of researching, finding, evaluating, funding, and choosing a franchise. With over 35 years of experience representing franchisees, I have served as the CEO/Executive Director of the Domino's Franchisee Association and was elected as the international ombudsman for the Domino's system worldwide. I was also a board member of the Domino’s Pizza Distribution Corp. and have led various local, regional, national, and international committees.I have personally gone through the approval process with four major franchise brands and have even used a franchise consultant myself. Additionally, I have consulted for several national franchise associations, focusing on managing the relationship with the franchisor and growing franchisee associations.I testified before a U.S. Congressional Committee, providing input for the development of the Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD). For 29 years, I have been a Certified Mediator with multiple accreditations, certified in both the Directive and Transformative Models, and have mediated thousands of cases. I founded and was a senior partner in a mediation firm, mediating cases for Circuit Courts, the Transportation Security Administration (TSA), and the United States Postal Service (USPS).I am well known as a helpful, caring, straightforward, thorough, and honest franchise resource.On the personal side, I have five children and live in Northern Illinois on the Fox River.

I started as a delivery driver in Dominos in 1979 and by 1990 had collectively owned 12 stores.

After being elected from a field of four opponents, I held the coveted and highest political position in Domino's Pizza that a franchisee could hold. I was Chairman of the Board of the franchisees in Dominos and represented the North American franchisees' concerns to Dominos Corporation and Tom Monaghan. In addition, I organized, gave speeches, organized input and hosted international meetings for franchisees from around the world. I traveled to Europe and Central America to organize continental groups of franchise owners and assisted them in conveying their concerns to Dominos Corporation.
