- Assist with Information Technology project deliverables and launches- Provide support for infrastructure and network tasks under direction of the site manager- Maintain, upgrade and repair computer hardware, including but not limited to: PC’S, printers, servers, switches- Perform preventative maintenance on servers, network hardware and printers- Assist in the implementation and support of new IT Policies and Procedures- Perform testing of IT systems to verify quality assurance and accuracy of all projects- Assists user community with day-today computer usage issues- Learn and analyze IT and manufacturing systems and apply the learning to real business scenarios to ensure that technology implementations serve the intended business purpose- Prepare documentation and work instructions for new IT content- Maintain IT records, including the monitoring and support of the IT Help Desk Ticket System- Provide basic user support for office staff: email, phone, desktop computers, printers / copiers- Follow up with employees to ensure that processes are being followed consistently- Sharepoint Development (Create & Design Webpages, Assign permissions and Document libraries)

- Installation, configuration, operation, support and maintenance of IT systems including hardware and software.- Responsible for planning, implementation, maintenance and support of Windows Servers/2012 Active - Directory, NAS storage units, Microsoft File and Print Servers, Mail Servers and Network Devices.- Provide technical support to the users and executives with simple to complex network, desktop and/or server issues.- Maintain and create documentation for in-house applications.- Assist in testing, verification and deployment of in-house applications.- Monitor IT infrastructure (backups, replication, etc.).- Day to day upkeep of various workstations.- Cabling, printer troubleshooting, software installation, device clean up.- Perform other IT related tasks as needed.
