As a Credentialing Database Development Analyst at Sharp HealthCare, I am responsible for developing and maintaining a database of over 10,000 provider records and their various state licensure, ensuring that our physicians, physician assistants, and nurse practitioners have the credentials required to perform top quality services for our many customers. I have been in this role for one month, and I have applied my project management, communication, and data analysis skills to deliver accurate and timely data reports and presentations to multiple committees and stakeholders.I have over three years of experience as a Credentialing Data Specialist at Sharp HealthCare, where I helped manage the same database and received multiple awards for my excellence and innovation. I also just completed my Master of Business Administration degree with a focus on Project Management at Point Loma Nazarene University, where I learned how to plan, execute, and control complex projects in various domains and industries.
