Supported independent reviews of the Business Plan for the General Electric Hitachi Advanced Recycling Center (PRISM Reactor coupled with a spent fuel reprocessing facility).Spearheaded the upgrade (regional to corporate) of their 1994 NQA-1 program to 2008 requirements.

Provided engineering, procurement engineering, and project management services in roles of increasing responsibility (Senior Engineer, Project Engineer, Project Manager, Senior Project Manager) involving domestic and international power plants as well as Department of Energy nuclear facilities. The project engineering/management roles involved facilities with total project costs ranging from $50K to $498M and constructed values ranging from $500K to $400M.Provided engineering and management services for first-of-a-kind nuclear technologies including the DUF6 Conversion, GE PRISM Reactor (and spent fuel recycling facility), PPPL Tokamak Fusion Test Reactor, Accelerated Production of Tritium, and Magnox Electro-Metallurgical Fuel Treatment Facility Plutonium Confinement.

As part of the Fernald Environmental Management Project, prepared hazard and accident analyses for nuclear facilities using analysis tools that included What-If, HAZOP, Event/Fault Tree, and Microshield. Later managed personnel in the the ES&H Department.
