• To assist Marketing & Project Manager in Marketing Research, Competitive Analysis, Product Planning and Requirement Specwriting• To liaise project progress with Customer & R&D engineers in Feasibility Study, Cost & Investment Estimate, Design & Prototyping, Tooling & Pilot Mfg• To provide technical solution and trouble shooting analysis to improve performance and reliability of products.

• To lead and manage a team of engineers designing products for all development activities. • To provide technical solution and trouble shooting analysis to improve performance and reliability of products.• To work closely and coordinate with customers and cross functional teams within the organization to ensure smooth operations of product development process• To monitor and oversee progress of projects from project design to mass production launch including planning, control of schedule, development costs, BOM cost.

- Communicate with Spain colleagues for ensuring finished products meet their requirements.- Provide leadership and guidance to the factories for ensuring finished products meet or exceed established product quality standards.- Audit the supplier of any critical part.- Manage a team to make sure the projects on track.- Resolve the quality complaint and provide corrective and preventive actions with the factories.- Provide regular reports of existing projects to top management.- BOM cost analysis for reduction every year.
