Consulting services: I lead the team responsible for formulation and execution/oversight of real estate consulting services, primarily focused on corporate portfolio realignment and post-acquisition portfolio integration. Case studies include a post-acquisition 17-location real estate integration, as well as the 60-day execution of a 48-facility shut down in response to COVID-19, leading to approx. $13MM in P/L savings.
