He was an active participant in the Australian Tech sector with roles in Thales, Australian Innovation Research Group (AIRG), NSW Space Research Network (SRN) and affiliate roles at two Sydney based universities.Today Michael remains active in the role of Chairman of the Board of SRN, and continues to provide occasional technical advice to Thales Australia on an as required basis.
