Responsible for applying project management principles to monitor progress of the Federal Election 2022 campaign against its key objectives and provide executive assistance to the Campaign Coordinator as well as project managing designated projects as required on behalf of the Campaign Coordinator.  Maintained a project management framework for the planning and delivery of the Greens Federal election campaign applying sound project management principles;  Managed supplier relationships to source, negotiate, procure, monitor and deliver business critical functions including 3rd party logistics operations, election materials, and delivery services; Supported and promoted collaborative working with project stakeholders by effectively communicating requirements, utilising shared resources and subject matter expertise, building common platforms of understanding and resolving issues;  Managed the logistics of and coordinated meetings and other project related events ensuring action items raised were followed up and completed within agreed timeframes and in line with project plans;  Ensured the campaign met agreed timelines and budgets by consolidating project management tools while tracking and reporting progress and risks, communicating anomalies early to project stakeholders; Proactively coordinated and updated tasks with the project team, maintaining a campaign calendar to ensure we were hitting key messages and audiences for the campaign.ACHIEVEMENTS: Enabled all candidates across 47 electorates to run in the election by submitting all nominations on time and with limited alteration completing due diligence before nomination to minimise the prospect of disruption of the campaign; Promoted task-specific communication, readjusted priorities and increased communication, and motivation through the introduction of numerous key process improvements across the campaign, most notably bi-weekly agile stand-up meetings;

Industrial Elections and Ballots (IEB) As Project Officer my primary focus was to successfully plan, coordinate and deliver of numerous low to medium complex Industrial Election and Protected Action Ballot events in accordance with the requirements of the Fair Work (Registered Organisations) 2009 Act, its associated regulations and provisions. Understand, plan and deliver Industrial Elections as per the organisation’s rules and timeframes, delivering best practice in election administration  Planned and conducted protected action ballots as per the Fair Work (Registered Organisations) 2009 Act, its to give employees the chance to vote on whether they wish to initiate protected industrial action; Trained APS officers to carryout Industrial Election and Protected Action Ballot tasks using my expertise to achieve outcomes, and taking responsibility for delivering intended outcomes;  Strengthened process controls around the delivery of both Industrial Elections and Protected Action Ballots, highlighting process gaps and inefficiencies and introducing systemic controls;  Identified resource allocation inefficiencies and helped to project resources forward beyond weekly schedules by strengthening planning and oversight of both Industrial Elections and Protected Action Ballots.ACHIEVEMENTS: Transformed processes, decision-making, and communication through creation of several CRM dashboards for IEB and Senior Leadership teams, improving team planning and coordination, performance measurement and risk mitigation;  Enabled the project team to complete tasks and achieve agreed outcomes on time, on budget, to quality standards and within agreed scope through management of a range of multiple, medium and highly complex election events, adhering to legislative frameworks and firm deadlines.

This role’s core components involved strategic project coordination of Retail Akumyn's Pharmacy data collection, transformation and distribution functions, delivering design, development and implementation of key components of the platform. Managed the build, delivery and installation of a software data extraction tool within limited budget and aggressive timeframes, automatically pulling data from various sources to yield meaningful insights for reporting and analytics;  Identified and prioritised internal and external stakeholder relationships shaping the narrative and building consensus by clearly communicating project scope, enabling the secure capture of multi-source data; Managed the extraction of de-identified data, performing quality assurance on all dispensed and point of salesdata collected for individual pharmacies against pharmacy’s dispense and sales reports; Researched supporting R&D activities assessing against legislative requirements to assess eligibility for tax incentives.ACHIEVEMENTS: Elevated performance, efficiency and profit for pharmacists in 12 months delivering data extracts from 80% of Australian pharmacy dispensing and 65% of Australian pharmacy point of sale (POS) software applications; Mitigated risks, monitored software defects and tracked new features and enhancements through the introduction of agile project management methodologies guaranteeing agreed scope and keeping the project on budget and within its 12-month timeframe; Delivered a versatile, highly stable data extraction tool to market with a modern and robust interface in just six months using Microsoft's C# and .Net Framework, strategically aligning and customising the tool according to business needs;  Reduced time and effort for software maintenance through a planned and coordinated remote installation of software into 500+ geographically dispersed and technically diverse retail pharmacies.
